This particular shawl was chosen by the Acorn catalog out of one hundred samples for their holiday catalog 2 years ago. They sold 1200 pieces in one holiday season. They called it the Persian wrap because the pattern was modeled after an antique Persian floral painting from the Mughal era. It features vibrant jewel tones of reds, oranges, purples, and blues.

The natural qualities of the Cashmere provide incredible warmth so soft to the touch, with timeless elegance, quality and style. The silk makes for an excellent drape and slightly iridescent sheen. Expertly woven (never printed) with only the finest Cashmere, this Wrap fits any and every occasion, year round. Woven shawls are a higher quality production and have the added benefit of being reversible, providing two shawls in one. Wear it as a wrap or scarf at the office, out to dinner, while traveling, especially on a plane (as your plane blanket), on a chilly fall day, in areas with too much air conditioning or a cool summer night. They are gorgeous with jeans or an elegant dress and everything in between. We never leave home without one!
