Time Period- You have 30 days from the receipt of your item(s) to request refunds and exchanges.
Condition- Items that are returned must be in brand new condition when they are received by us, No Exceptions. Items must be in original packaging with all tags included to the item. If items appear to be used or worn a $10 re-stocking fee will apply to each individual item.
Return Instructions & Address- When sending back returns or exchanges, we request that you include a copy of the shipping receipt along with a short note to let us know whether this is a return or an exchange. If you are exchanging items, please make sure to not the style number of the new item you wish to receive from your exchange.

Return Costs- You are solely responsible for any and all costs that are needed to return items. We cannot be held liable for lost packages that are returned to us so please consider purchasing insurance on the package to make sure it gets back to us. Your card will be billed a small fee for shipping if it is an exchange and we must return a package back to you.
- Higher Priced Items: If you are exchanging an item for a higher priced item, we will charge the difference to the credit card you made the original purchase with.
- Lower Price Items: If you are exchanging an item for a lower priced item, we will refund the difference to the credit card you made the original purchase with.
Shipping Costs- All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping with your order, your order will be refunded or exchanged less the cost of shipping.
